I don't know why they allow employees to use headphones and talk on the phone. You ask them or say something and they don't pay attention because they're paying attention to the ear with the headphone. Terrible service

I visited that store for more than a year and I never had a problem until two days ago I went to buy some things, I accidentally threw a glass café when I grabbed a bag of Horchata, the products were very close to each other and it broke when it fell to the ground, I was nervous because it was the first time that this happened to me, I immediately let an employee know what happened and I explained how it happened, when I went to pay with the cashier, she told me that she would charge me for the coffee that broke. I think that was not correct because it was not intentionally. I just said okay, I paid and I left, but I got upset because I think that was not the right thing to do, the accidents happen and I will not visit that store anymore.

My experience and my families experience in this store has actually been really nice and we’ve been going here for well over 3 years. The lady’s at the front always have a smile on their face and greet us once we walk in the store, they more then usually have everything we need although they do tend to run low on the veggies. If the place was a bit more tidy I would definitely give five stars. Compared to other stores like El Rays it’s definitely better

amazing place. glad to have somewhere where latino snacks are sold as they're amazing. The avocados here are something else, too. You haven't tried a good avocado if it hasn't been here. Only issue is it's small, but it's to be expected. Overall, a great place to hit up if you're in the area!
